1. Capture the Photos
Organize a photo shoot. Take group and individual photos of each student using good studio equipment to achieve the best results. It is better to photograph them in an informal setting. Take as many photos as possible.
At this stage, you must demonstrate your skills as a photographer. Take as many pictures as you can. The parents will choose the best ones.

The QR code contains all the necessary information for parents to register on our website and place an order.
3. Generate qr codes
After uploading the photos, our AI-based software scans a group photo, matches faces across all shots, and builds a personalized photo set for each kid in minutes.
Since we encourage photographers to take lots of natural shots in a fun, informal setting (kids playing in the schoolyard, cooking in class, doing crafts in workshops, or doing experiments in the chemistry lab), parents love these natural photos (no forced smiles or ridiculous props!) and often buy ALL the photos featuring their child!
That’s why our average check is three to four times higher than in a typical school photo system!
4. Send codes to the class teacher
Then, when all profiles are ready, with one click, you can generate unique QR access codes for each kid, which you send to the teacher or mentor to share with parents.

When parents order photos and merchandise online, the average order value is three times higher than traditional photo sales, as they often purchase mugs, magnets, and other items alongside photos.
1. teacher receives qr-codes for individual access
The teacher receives the codes as a PDF file, prints out an individual sheet with the access code on any printer in the school, distributes it to the children and asks them to give the codes to their parents.
There is also the option of sending the code to parents by SMS.
Children pass the photo with the code to their parents, who then start selecting photos and products on our website.
2. The family selects photos for printing and orders products.
After the teacher or class leader distributes individual QR codes to parents, they will access our platform to select and pay for photos, photobooks, mugs, and other merchandise.
3. We ship the ordered photos and merch free of charge
If the school/kindergarten is located within the EU, we will deliver all ordered photos and products free of charge in one large box to the school/kindergarten address.

How much can you earn?
Photographer
The prices displayed on our platform are client-facing.
The approximate split is 30% (our share) and 70% (your share), giving you a clear picture of your potential earnings.
Our 30% share includes our commission (10%), the Stripe fee (3%), production costs (10%), and delivery fee (7%).
Lab Owner
The prices displayed on our platform are client-facing and include our commission only.
All the rest is yours.
You receive your share of the client payments, covering your printing and delivery costs, which are your responsibility.
Our platform automatically deducts our commission (approximately 10% + 3% Stripe fee) during settlement, ensuring you receive your share (approximately 87%) directly to your Stripe account on agreed-upon schedules.
