We partner with professional photographers and photolabs to deliver digital JPG photos, printed portraits and group photos, and custom merchandise (mugs, keychains, and more) through a secure online platform accessible via QR codes. Our AI-powered identification system simplifies the process by recognizing individuals without needing names, perfect for busy events.

How does your AI work?

Our AI-powered school photography system transforms the way memories are captured and organized, making photos more natural and engaging! We encourage photographers to shoot not only in classrooms but also to capture candid, informal moments in dynamic settings: in the school gym during sports, in the schoolyard where children play, in cooking classes where girls prepare delicious meals, in woodworking or metalworking classes where boys create projects, or in chemistry labs during exciting experiments. In most cases, kids don’t even notice they’re being photographed, resulting in authentic, joyful expressions without forced smiles or props.

After the photoshoot, the photographer uploads a group photo first, followed by all other candid shots, to our server. Our advanced AI then analyzes the group photo, automatically identifying and matching faces across all uploaded images. Within just a few minutes, it creates a personalized profile for each child, collecting all their photos into a single set. Parents love these photos because they capture their kids’ natural moments, free from artificial poses or silly toys, making every image a genuine keepsake.
They then receive a unique QR code to access their child’s photo set on our platform, order high-quality prints, or choose merchandise like mugs and magnets, all in a seamless, modern experience.

Who can use your services?

Our services are designed for a wide range of events, including:

  •  Attendees of parties, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, or any gathering where identifying individuals is challenging. We use advanced AI technology to match photos to participants efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.

 

How does the QR code system work?

After a photo session, each participant (or their guardian) receives a unique QR code on a card or photo. Scanning the QR code grants access to our secure online store, where you can view, select, and order digital photos or merchandise. The process is fast, digital, and user-friendly.

Where and when do photo sessions take place?

Photo sessions are scheduled with event organizers (schools, kindergartens, or event planners) and held at venues like classrooms, courtyards, banquet halls, or outdoor spaces. Organizers receive notifications (e.g., via WhatsApp or email) with session details and registration links.

Ordering Photos and Merchandise

What products can the client order?

The clients can order:

  • High-resolution photos (all sizes of prints available on 210 gsm paper).
  • High-resolution digital JPG photos
  • Personalized photobooks, calendars
  • Ceramic mugs (dishwasher-safe), vinyl magnets, keychains, mugs, and other souvenirs.
  • Photo sets, including individual and group photos with digital copies.

How does the client order photos or merchandise?
  • Scan the QR code provided after the photo session.
  • Log in to your secure online store.
  • Browse photos, select favorites, and choose products (photos, mugs, keychains, etc.).
  • Complete payment to download digital files or receive printed merchandise.

 

Can the client request photo retouching?

Yes, we offer professional retouching for 0.40€ per photo (applied only to purchased photos). Retouching includes color correction and enhancements for stunning results.

Are digital photos included (download version)?

Printed photos (on premium Fujifilm Supreme Glossy photo paper) and merchandise are the primary format and available for purchase.
Digital JPG photos are free with a premium set and can be downloaded after payment.
Also, the parents can order source files for a low price as a part of their order and download them from your server after payment.

Where can you send the ordered photos?

We send a box of finished orders at our own expense to a school within the EU. If you are outside the EU, the finished photos and goods can also be sent to your country, but in this case, you will have to pay for shipping.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes, the prices listed on our platform are examples, and you can set your own prices in coordination with us to ensure competitive and profitable rates.

Why is it beneficial to work with your platform instead of traditional photography?

Working with us offers significant advantages:

  • Higher revenue: When parents order photos and merchandise online, the average order value is three times higher than traditional photo sales, as they often purchase mugs, magnets, and other items alongside photos.
  • Repeat orders: Clients frequently place additional orders after receiving their initial purchase, adding more revenue to your account.
  • Time savings: You no longer need to manually manage orders, write down names, deliver photos to schools, or collect payments. Your tasks are simple: photograph the event, upload files to our server, and send access QR codes to the event organizer (e.g., a teacher). This allows you to move on to the next job quickly.
  • Increased capacity: Our clients complete three times more photo sessions than traditional photographers due to streamlined processes, boosting your income.
  • Personalized subdomain: You’ll have a dedicated subdomain on our platform to view your photo sessions, with each participant having their own profile for easy management.
  • Flexible scheduling: You control when photos are available for clients to view and order, allowing you to align sales with optimal times, such as after payday (typically after the 10th of each month).
How does pricing work?

The prices displayed on our platform are client-facing and include our commission, production costs, and delivery fees. The approximate split is 30% (our share) and 70% (your share), giving you a clear picture of your potential earnings.

How will I receive payments?

Payments from client orders are transferred to your Stripe account according to agreed-upon schedules, ensuring secure and timely payouts.

Who pays taxes?

As a legal entity (company or sole proprietor), you are responsible for paying taxes on your earnings, in accordance with local regulations.

Photolab Owners related questions

How can I, as a photolab owner, earn with your program?

It’s simple! As a photolab owner, you can:

  • Organize on-site photo sessions in your region, either independently or by partnering with local photographers.
  • Register on our platform to receive orders from photographers, upload them to your dedicated subdomain, set your own prices, and distribute access codes to clients.
  • Clients place orders through our online store, and you download the working files from our server for printing. Printing is handled exclusively by you, as our platform does not offer printing services. This allows you to leverage your printing capabilities while benefiting from our automated order system.
How does payment work for photolabs?

You receive your share of the client payments, excluding your printing and delivery costs, which are your responsibility. Our platform automatically deducts our commission (~10% + 3% Stripe fee) during settlement, ensuring you receive your portion (approximately 87%) directly to your Stripe account on agreed-upon schedules.

What if I can’t produce certain merchandise, like mugs or keychains?

You can customize your online store to offer only the products you’re able to produce, such as printed photos and photobooks. Simply configure your shop settings to reflect your capabilities, ensuring clients see only the items you can deliver.

What if I am not in the EU but I want to try your service? What can I do?

No problem at all! As long as you can use Stripe for payments in your country, you’re welcome to join our innovative school photography service. If you’re a lab owner working with school photographers, you can open an account with us. Simply send to our server the photos provided by the photographers, and you can print all ordered photos locally using your lab’s equipment. We make it easy by sharing the payments from parents: 13% to us and 87% to you, ensuring a fair partnership no matter where you’re located.

What if I do not have the possibility to print on mugs and magnets?

That’s perfectly fine! Our platform is flexible, allowing you to customize your offerings. You can remove mugs, magnets, or any other merchandise you can’t produce from your online store and focus only on the products you’re able to create or digital JPG downloads. This way, you can tailor the service to your lab’s capabilities while still delivering stunning school photos and memories to parents.

Is the online store secure?

Yes, our platform uses secure encryption to protect data and payments. QR codes are unique to each participant, ensuring privacy and authorized access only.

What payment methods are accepted?

Our online store, powered by Stripe, accepts major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options. Legal entities must have a Stripe account to process payments.

What if the client doesn’t receive a QR code?

The customer should contact the organizer of the event (e.g. school teacher or organizer) or directly you as the order executor, so that you can reissue him the access code to your subdomain and he can place the order.
If you are unable to send him the QR code, please contact our support team at info@minilablaser.com with details (name, event). We will promptly resend the QR code.

Who can become a client of your service?

Our services are available to legal entities (e.g., photography studios, photolabs, or event organizers) that can open an account with Stripe for payment processing. Contact us to set up an account on our platform and start offering our photography services to your customers.
